Happy Birthday

When you celebrate a birthday there's a feeling where you feel that you have not been able to find what is called happiness in life. Have you had enough to make other people happy? I am not. I'd love to be happy people. Because it is more happy than our own happiness. Let's spread happiness.

Yupp! Happy Birthday to me. 

Nothing special on my birthday last Sunday. 

No birthday cake. Every year I did not ever perform in celebration of my birthday. That's not important to me. But deep down inside, I wanted to get a birthday cake from someone on my birthday. But unfortunately it did not happen. 

No gift. No one gave me a birthday present. Hmmm sounds very sad. But in my mind it would be more happy when we give than to receive. 

Let's smile and stare at a bright future. Just be Happy. HAPPY BIRTHDAY. I love Color and Stripes. I can not imagine to find a long-sleeved shirt with stripes motif and also full of color. Thank you so much for a local brand called Modify, which already provide special price for me when buying this shirt. I added a touch of a brooch on the collar of this shirt. Brooch with anchor emblem I bought this at a time when many brands from overseas who is currently holding a massive sale. I am very lucky to get this brooch. I also use a bracelet from the Neon, which I use as a brooch.

Birthday Boy

There is no birthday cake or gift. But I am thankful there are still many people who remember my birthday today. Your prayers more meaningful than a delicious piece of cake or expensive birthday present. Thank you all for your b'day greeting via twitter, facebook, bbm, and sms. I really appreciate it.

What's your dream job?

Hmmmmmm somewhat strayed far from what I like, I really wanted to work in the office. From 9 am to 5 pm. Desk full of work with documents. Meeting with clients over lunch. Well-dressed, wearing a shirt and tie. Working at the computer. That is my dream job. Is it just going to be my dream? no one knows, except God. 

Never stop dreaming! . Due to having a dream, we would have a purpose for living in this world. Only 4 days left to celebrate my birthday. I felt very grown-up lately. From how to dress, think and certainly in attitude. Photoshoot this time I wanted to dress up. This time I wear long sleeve shirts from UNIQLO (I got it from the thrift store), tie stripes (love the stripes ever!) And carrot pants that I got from a local brand called INTERLUDE. And also do not forget to wear my sock stripes (stripes another stuff) and my lovely red shoes from Parachute. 

For the next photoshoot I will make a special b'day photoshoot.

Double Saturday

Saturday Night. 

After shopping in the event of Brightspot Market, me and my friends decided to eat at Nanny's Pavillon. I ordered a new menu named Louisa's layer velvet pancakes. It feels good, pancakes are stacked, there are colored red velvet and white . Coated with cream cheese, icing sugar and  vanilla ice cream. June , 16th 2012. 

Saturday Night.

 After work, me and my friends spent the weekend back to enjoy a dish of Nanny's Pavillon. This time I tried baked rice menu. One of the baked rice dish with some different kinds of chicken, tuna, sausage and beef. I ordered the beef. It was also delicious. Suitable for people who are hungry like me.

Sweet Escape

 

It must be hard when we are required to get out of our comfort zone. As we have started to feel comfortable in one place, very hard to try to place that we have never visited. I always believe when the time is right, God will provide a way for us out of comfort zone.

I'm trying to make the storyline for my first photoshoot in June. And during the month of June, I will make every photoshoot serialize on me. Until eventually the story will end when my birthday. Hmmmm I feel very old because at my age this month will increase. I am so tired of being in a place most convenient to make a photoshoot. In the forest. In this photo I like trying to find a way out of the woods. I want to get out of this place. After a long journey I finally get out of the woods and back to a city filled with skyscrapers. For some reason lately I love to wear black clothes. Sometimes when I walk wearing black clothes, I feel confident. But I still like to wear colored clothes. Here's one of my purchases in Brightspot Market. Black t-shirt "Knowledge and Protection" from a local brand called Dignity. The name is very interesting and memorable. And when the t-shirt is worn, I really feel called a convenience. Hmmmmm the price is quite expensive but just take it a heavy price indeed determine the quality of the goods themselves.

Dignity is one local brand in Indonesia to be recommended. My new totebag. Good Night.

Brightspot Market 8

I attended the annual event called Brightspot Market last Saturday night. Actually this event is held twice a year. Each middle and at the end of the year. Held in Gandaria City, for 4 days you can find many local brands are sold there. I always try to support local brands. Perhaps many people are asking why the price of local goods is sometimes equal to the price of international brands? In my opinion, I think it is because of course when we create an original work, we want to be rewarded with a commensurate price. In addition you need to know that sometimes there are several products with the same material with the quality of the goods of international brands. Today is the last day of Brightspot Market, so what are you waiting for?

I met with Cindy Karmoko in there, she's one of Indonesian bloggers . She's so friendly and I also asked about her height. She was very tall, I look very short, when photographed with her. Thank you Cindy was willing to take pictures with me.  
I bought two items in there. It is hard to shop when you are among many crowds. Overall I really like shopping there. Simple reason, because I like the local stuff. I bought Krey tubural red shawl from Cotton Ink and black t-shirt from Dignity.
